Spices play a significant role in the way we cook and consume food around the world. Each spice has its own flavor and essence, and its addition or omission can literally make or break a dish.

Spices are known to have several health benefits; in fact it's the addition of a bouquet of spices, that make home-cooked food one of the healthiest meals eaten around the world. Spices come with notable nutritional values and provide some major health benefits.

As such only first grade spices are hand-picked and grinded in our contracted mill which accredited by ISO & Halal process and specification.

CHICKEN & MEAT

Chicken is the most common type of poultry in the world and become prevalent in numerous cuisines. 

Chicken can be prepared in a vast range of ways, including baking, grilling, barbecuing, frying, and boiling. Since the latter half of the 20th century, prepared chicken has become a staple of fast food. Chicken is sometimes cited as being more healthful than red meat, with lower concentrations of cholesterol and saturated fat.

In the slaughter house, the chickens goes through numerous quality checks as per the Halal requirement. The chickens are cut into required parts and washed prior to delivery to our facility for further process.

Clean Production With Strict Islamic Principles

Prior to all the excitements, our factory along with the machines and equipment went through an Islamic way of purification called “SERTU”. The cleansing process done by Department of Islamic Religion, Selangor (JAIS) Malaysia. 

This is to ensure the entire factory and equipment are clean to ensure cleaner production and high quality output.

Process begins with mixing of the secretly blended spices and the chicken parts to marinate the flavor.

COOKING / FRYING

For 'Ready-to-Heat' Items

“Ready-to-Heat” products goes into the fryer for cooking.
Whereas, "Ready-to-Cook" products goes straight to Blast Freezing.

BLAST FREEZING

No Preservatives Method For Healthy Storage

The cooked items then moves into our -40°c Blast Freezer to rapidly bring down the temperature of cooked or fresh produce, freezing it very quickly to lock in the taste and nutrition of the food for optimum quality for consumers.

COLD STORAGE

Storage Before Distribution

The frozen food then packed clean and kept in -20°c walk-in freezer for storage. Ready to be distributed to customers using cold-storage transport to maintain freshness at all time.

OUR FOOD SAFETY OBJECTIVE

In-line with our Food Safety Policy, we have established the following food safety objectives to be achieved and reviewed annually, along with compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements.

(i) To consistently produce clean, high quality and safe products throughout the entire process, from receiving raw materials to storing finished goods.

(ii) To achieve zero customer complaints on the food safety and quality of Sinar frozen food.

(iii) To implement a comprehensive quality control measure and management system.

(iv) To ensure that hazardous microbes are absent in any of our finished products in order to protect consumer health.
